A Sad Day

The heavens opened up and poured out it's sorrow. As the sun went down there was a meraculas double rainbow. My picture here does not do it justice. God truely opened up the heavens and ended the day on such a beautiful note. It was so refreshing to see. I hope you enjoy the picture and please keep Officer Cox's family in your prayers.

I was in Chillicothe on the day of Officer Cox's funeral. I was driving down Bridge Street and witnessed the rainbow. It was fantastic. I'm not one to go in for sentimentality or unscientific beliefs, but that was very moving. It had been raining for several days and even a few days before there was some strange hail coming down. I kept on thinking that even heaven was sharing our sadness and anger. Larry Cox was not just another officer. So many people knew him and regarded him as a great man.
